Bright Power

This new development on 168th Street in Downtown Jamaica will provide a blend of mixed-income housing, commercial space, and community facility. The 420,000sf building offers 389 apartments with 100 parking spaces below.
In addition to providing housing, the site will play an important role in the revitalization of the neighborhood by providing a substantial community facility as well as additional retail frontage.
The project will also feature a state of the art sustainable power system, an on-site Resilient Power Hub (RPH) that collects and stores power for use in the event of an emergency and to cut back on daily operational costs.
