The Bedford Green House is currently in construction. The new residential development for Project Renewal is a 118-unit, 82,725-square-foot mixed-use supportive housing project at 2865 Creston Avenue in the Bronx.

The majority of the units are for those with mental illness. The building is designed to assist this population enter into and remain a contributing part of the broader community. This is achieved through a number of strategies, including on-site supportive services and a significant number of affordable and senior apartments into the building’s residential unit mix. In addition, the building has been laid out to encourage socialization and security including accessibility and physical activity.
The project will offer a number of amenities which further the healing potential of the building utilizing horticultural benefits and therapy.
