This elementary school library was given a long overdue renovation.  Together, the enlarged glass entrance, new bamboo flooring, new fixtures, a bright color palette and a new wood/glass partition have transformed the institutional space into a warm and cheerful place of learning.  The revised layout has afforded a differentiaton of space – between the stacks/computers area and the Young Reading Room, as well as provided a separate Meeting Room and Librarian’s Office.  Construction proved to be a collaborative effort between the Architect and school in-house construction crew.
